We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for our Art Prints and other products via Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta and UPS, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the product, destination and shipping method and are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order and personalized items may require additional preparation time. Please see the individual product description for details.

Estimated shipping times

• Canada: 3–5 weeks
• North America: 1–3 weeks
• Europe: 1–3 weeks
• Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3–5 weeks

We always do our best to meet these estimated delivery times, but they cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method and customs procedures.

Customs and import taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees that may apply in their country.

For European buyers, customs duties are prepaid where applicable. An invoice confirming the customs payment is included with the parcel.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

All orders are shipped from Ukraine via registered international mail. Express shipping may also be available depending on the destination.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Return period

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return or exchange an item.

Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of return

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and without any physical alterations, together with all original components.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Made-to-order and personalized items cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
